1. ASSISTANT ENGINEER GRADE-I, GEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA, MINISTRY OF MINES
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (SC-01; ST-01; OBC-01; UR-07)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering or Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) or Engineering Degree in Mining or Mechanical or Drilling from a recognized University.
Age Limit: Max 30 yrs as on 30.03.2017
Pay Scale: Rs.9,300 – Rs.34,800 and grade pay- Rs.4800/-
2. JUNIOR ANALYST (TECHNICAL), DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (OBC-02; UR-03)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Science or Mathematics or Statistics or Degree in Engineering or Technology of a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: Two years experience of scrutiny and analysis of proposals or programmes related to development of Science and Technology and monitoring their implementation from Central or State Government organizations and Research and Development organizations in Public and Private Sectors.
Age Limit: Max 30 yrs as on 30.03.2017
Pay Scale: Rs.9,300 – Rs.34,800 and grade pay- Rs.4600/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be made only by interview or by Recruitment Test followed by interview.
In cases where selection is made by Recruitment Test (RT) followed by interview, the candidate will have to achieve minimum level of suitability in their respective category at both stages i.e. ‘Recruitment Test’ as well as ‘Interview’.
