High Court of Karnataka is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 10 posts of Translators on the establishment of the
High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru. Candidates selected for the post will be on probation for a period of two years. No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (09 posts for the posts under Residual Parent cadre (SC-02, ST-01, Category-I-01, Category-II-01, General-04) and 01 post under Local cadre (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Master Degree in English at least in second class with Kannada as one of the languages in Bachelor degree.
Candidates must have passed in such Bachelor Degree (with kannada as one of the languages) at least in second class.
Note: Degree/Master Degree must have been obtained through regular course and not through correspondence course.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-35 years as on 15.11.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.21600 – Rs.40050
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/ Category -I of other BC and 03 years for Category -II Aor IIB or IIIA or IIIB of other BC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Viva-voce.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- SC/ST/Category-I and PH) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
