Board of Apprenticeship Training, Southern Region, under Ministry of Human Resources, is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 08 posts of Analyst, Upper Division Clerk and Junior Assistant. 1. ANALYST

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: At least a second class Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce.

Experience: Minimum 08 years’ experience in Technical Education Administration /compiling of data on technical personnel in a Government Department or Autonomous organizations.

Desirable: i) Graduation in B.Sc. Statistics/ Maths with working experience in Government / Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertakings of Central / State in preparation of Analytical / statistical reports.

ii) Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS office).

Age Limit: Max 35 yrs as on 05.04.2017

Pay Scale: Rs.5,200 – Rs.20,200 and Grade pay- Rs.2800/-

 

2. UPPER DIVISION CLERK

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01; SC-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce with working knowledge in Hindi.

Desirable: i) 05 years’ experience in Government /Autonomous Body /Public Sector Undertakings of Central /State; ii) Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS office).

Age Limit: Max 32 yrs as on 05.04.2017

Pay Scale: Rs.5,200 – Rs.20,200 and Grade pay- Rs.2400/-

 

3. JUNIOR ASSISTANT

No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-02; SC-01; OBC-02)

Educational Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent and thorough knowledge in MS Office.

Desirable: i) Graduate in any discipline/Diploma in engineering; ii) Certificate Course in computer application obtained from reputed institutions.

Age Limit: Max 30 yrs as on 05.04.2017

Pay Scale: Rs.5,200 – Rs.20,200 and Grade pay- Rs.1900/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection process for the posts of Analyst and Upper Division Clerk will be through Interview. Recruitment of Junior Assistant will be done only through Written Examination.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.300/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR), Chennai, payable at Chennai.

NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST CANDIDATES.
